Any item(s) can be returned for a refund, if it qualifies under the following terms: You must return your product within 14 days of delivery. The item(s) must be unused and in unsoiled condition, complete with all information, the original packaging and the receipt. Returned goods should be sent by recorded delivery as we are not liable for items lost in the post. Postage incurred when ordering or returning goods are not refundable.
